What would it be like without cheese? It definitely tastes better with it. If you can’t have hard cheese, you can make pizza with sausage and mozzarella as in this recipe.

In the evening I really wanted pizza unbearably, but I didn’t have any cheese at home) It’s good that there was a suitable recipe on the site. I quickly and easily prepared pizza without cheese with sausage in the oven. The composition of the ingredients for the dough seemed unusual to me, almost like aspic. In order to assemble the dough into a ball, I needed 1.5 cups of flour (250 ml glass). I didn’t have time to let it sit, so I immediately spread the dough with my hands in a greased form. Placed potatoes and diced pickles on top. I had ham sausage, cut it into semicircles. I cut the pepper into cubes and the onion into rings. I added a couple of tomatoes in circles. Often speaking, I was afraid that all this filling would fall off the dough) I baked it for 20 minutes at 180° top and bottom. Then I decided to fry the top a little and put it under the grill for 10 minutes. The pizza turned out just like fire! I didn’t even expect such a result. The filling has not fallen anywhere, everything is in place. The dough is excellent, soft, crispy bottom. It's very tasty, you don't even need cheese. I recommend!
