STEP 1
How to bake pizza without yeast and cheese with sausage in the oven at home? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. If desired, the composition of the pizza filling can be adjusted to taste, the main thing is that the products are combined with each other. The pizza dough will be fresh, quick and yeast-free, so that the pizza turns out thin and crispy. Sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. This will make the pizza base more tender. Beat the egg into a bowl.
STEP 2

STEP 3
Pour in the sifted wheat flour in parts, each time kneading the dough well first with a spoon. When it becomes difficult to knead the dough with a spoon, continue kneading with your hands. STEP 4
Knead elastic and smooth dough. This dough does not need to be kept in the refrigerator; you can let it “rest” a little at room temperature, covered with a towel, while you prepare the pizza filling. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
STEP 5
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into a thin sheet the size of your baking pan. Grease the bottom of the mold with butter and place the dough on it. Read about how to choose a baking dish in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe.
STEP 6
Brush the dough with a mixture of mayonnaise and tomato sauce. I used homemade tomato sauce, you can use ketchup or tomato paste if you wish. If such products are not on hand, you can limit yourself to mayonnaise, and instead of tomato sauce, use fresh tomatoes, cutting them into slices. You can make your own mayonnaise. STEP 7
To make the pizza more filling, you can use some boiled or baked potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them on the dough. But you don't have to add it, I used leftover baked potatoes.
STEP 8
Peel the onions and cut into rings or half rings.
STEP 9
Cut the pickled cucumbers into half slices or small cubes. Instead of cucumbers, you can optionally use olives or olives, capers.
STEP 10
Place semi-smoked sausage cut into strips on top; you can use boiled or smoked sausage or sausages.
STEP 11
Wash the bell pepper, cut out its stalk and seed pod, and cut the flesh into strips or halves of rings. Since we already used tomato paste in the sauce, it is not necessary to add tomatoes. You can use other fresh or frozen vegetables, as well as mushrooms.
STEP 12
Place the pizza in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
