Amazing recipe! The photo is gorgeous and very appetizing. I made pizza with mozzarella and tomatoes according to your recipe for the first time. I kneaded the yeast dough quickly and it came up well, I left it for an hour in an oven preheated to 50 degrees. I decided to cook one large pizza for the entire baking sheet, it measures 34 by 38 cm, instead of two small ones. I used tomato sauce with basil, so I didn’t add any additional spices. Mozzarella was replaced with just hard cheese. I also made a mesh of mayonnaise for the cheese. I baked the pizza in the oven at 180 C for 20 minutes so that the cheese melts and the dough is cooked. It turned out incredibly delicious, everyone ate it with great pleasure. You can cook it for dinner and for a snack. The pizza turned out to be very aromatic, tasty and juicy! Now I will only cook it this way!!!
