Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Mix the ingredients for the dough. It is advisable to knead it in a food processor for 15-20 minutes. Then coat the bowl with vegetable oil, transfer the resulting dough into it, cover with a towel, and put it in a warm place. The dough should rise for about 1.5 hours. After this time, divide the dough in half. Roll out one of the halves into a rectangle measuring 25*40 centimeters.
STEP 2
Place tomato sauce on the rolled out dough, not reaching the edges of the dough at a distance of 6 centimeters. Next, cut the tomatoes into slices and place on the dough. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the tomatoes. Next comes a layer of vetichna and salami. Now beat the egg and coat the edges that we have left unfilled with it.
STEP 3
Now we tuck the greased edges so that the filling does not fall out. And we roll everything together into a roll.
STEP 4
Place our roll on a baking sheet and grease it with the remaining egg, sprinkle the remaining cheese and oregano on top. Now you need to make cuts on the roll every 5 centimeters. Place the roll in the oven (oven temperature 250 degrees) and bake for about 10 minutes.
