How to make Pizza Carbonara with Bacon? Prepare your food. Take ready-made dough, purchased, or make it yourself. Leftover dough from baking pies is perfect. I used mozzarella, but you can use any cheese, as long as it is natural, without substitutes, and melts well.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 3

Roll out the dough into a circle slightly larger than the diameter of the pizza pan.
STEP 4

Transfer it to the pan using a rolling pin or place it directly on a baking sheet. If you bake pizza in a pan, make small sides.
STEP 5

Brush the dough with olive oil.
STEP 6

Then - tomato sauce. Or ketchup, whichever you prefer to taste.

Spread most of the mozzarella over the dough.

Place strips of bacon on top. Bacon is suitable either already chopped or in the form of a piece. It will need to be thinly sliced first. Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 210°C for 10-12 minutes.

While the pizza is baking, prepare the sauce. Prepare food for him. Instead of sour cream, you can use cream, then the sauce will turn out just like pasta. I use sour cream because the sauce is thicker with it.

Combine egg, sour cream and spices. Carbonara requires no other spices other than ground pepper.

Mix everything until smooth.
STEP 12

Remove the pizza from the oven for 12 minutes. Pour the sauce over the bacon.
STEP 13

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
STEP 14

Place the yolk in the center and pierce it in several places so that it spreads.
STEP 15

Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes more.
STEP 16

Remove the finished pizza from the oven, sprinkle with basil leaves and cut into pieces. Bon appetit!
