So, we have prepared all the ingredients. In my case, not chicken legs, but drumsticks. In the original recipe, the meat is placed right with the bones, I tried doing it this way, but it’s still much more pleasant to eat the finished dish without bones. So I removed the skin and separated the meat from the bones.

Top with onions, either half rings or cubes, whatever you like. And on top of all our beauty we spread large pieces of butter. Choose good quality butter and do not skimp on it, it gives juiciness to our dish.

Well, in conclusion, roll out the remaining small piece of dough, put it on top, and secure the sides. Decorate as you like. I'm a small jewelry maker, so it happened the way it did. I cut out a Christmas tree in honor of the upcoming holiday. And brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour, check your oven. Everything should be nicely browned.
