By the way, there are two versions of Qubite on the Internet. One, this is a dish of Greek cuisine, with chicken, which is what we are preparing below. And the second is a Tatar dish with meat (I haven’t tried it yet). And where the truth of origin is, one can only guess. So, our Kubite is essentially Russian chicken, only in puff pastry.
