STEP 1

How to make Kroshka pie in the oven with cottage cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For the filling, take soft cottage cheese, not very wet. STEP 2

Grate the hard butter on a coarse grater and mix with sugar and flour. Rub everything with your hands. You should get sand crumbs.

For the pie, take a springform baking dish (20cm). Line the bottom of the pan with parchment and place the sides on it. The finished mass is not very thick.

The pie will brown slightly during cooking. Halfway through baking, the center of the pie will wobble a little because the filling is runny. But then everything will bake well.
STEP 9
