Pasta can be used in any shape. I like to use drumstick fillet as chicken fillet - it is not as dry as, for example, breast fillet. Use cream of any fat content. The higher their fat content, the creamier the taste.

    Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Rinse and dry the chicken meat. Then cut into small pieces of approximately the same size.

    Rinse the champignons in running water to remove dirt. Then dry them on a paper towel. Cut the washed champignons into pieces.

    For frying, take a comfortable, deep frying pan. Heat it until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place the chopped chicken in a hot frying pan and fry, stirring, for 4-5 minutes.

    Then add chopped onions and mushrooms to the pan with the chicken. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Then reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid.

    Add cream to the pan. In a separate glass, stir the flour with cold water and pour it into the frying pan. Add chopped garlic, salt and a little spice. Add some grated cheese. Mix everything and bring to a boil. When heated, the cream sauce will thicken and the cheese will melt.

    While the chicken and mushrooms are frying, in parallel, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Then place them in a colander to drain excess liquid.

The pasta turned out to be very tasty, I added the ingredients not exactly according to the recipe, but according to the list, only without garlic, I didn’t have it at home, the only spices I added were ground black pepper.
