I really wanted pancakes with apples, I found an interesting recipe on my favorite website. I made pancakes stuffed with apples and cinnamon. I just didn’t put raisins in the filling, since my child doesn’t eat raisins yet. I prepared the pancake dough according to the description in the recipe and set it aside. For the filling I took sweet green apples, decided to peel them and cut them into cubes. I stewed the apples in butter and sugar and added ground cinnamon. I filled each pancake with apple and cinnamon filling and rolled it up into an envelope. Additionally, I did not fry. My pancakes turned out incredibly tender, juicy, soft and tasty. The pancakes are thin and tender, the dough for this recipe is wonderful. The filling is simply amazing. It is so aromatic and delicious that it is impossible to resist. It's all thanks to cinnamon.
