Pancakes stuffed with apples and cinnamon

STEP 1

How to make apple cinnamon spring rolls? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. We will prepare regular pancake dough, so the ingredients are very simple.

For the dough, combine the eggs with sugar, salt and whisk them a little.
STEP 3

Pour vegetable oil and milk into the eggs. Gradually add flour and soda and knead the dough. Add literally a pinch of soda.
STEP 4

Then pour in boiling water and adjust the consistency of the dough. With the addition of boiling water, the flour will begin to brew. This will make the pancakes more elastic. The thicker the batter, the thicker the pancakes will be.
STEP 5

Bake thin pancakes in a pancake pan, frying them on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 6

Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other and cover with a lid to prevent them from drying out.
STEP 7

To prepare the filling, place butter and sugar in a hot frying pan. The butter will melt. Mix everything.
STEP 8

Core the apples and cut them into cubes.
STEP 9

Place the apples in the frying pan, stir and simmer for about 10 minutes. During the simmering, the apples will release juice. It will partially evaporate and the apples will shrink in size.
STEP 10

Add some ground cinnamon.
STEP 11

Soak the raisins in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Then add it to the apples in the same way. Stir and cook for a couple more minutes. Cool the finished filling a little.
STEP 12

Place some apple filling on the pancake and roll it up.
STEP 13

Wrap all the pancakes this way.
STEP 14

You can additionally fry the pancakes until crispy. I add a little butter to make them juicier on the outside. Ready-made pancakes with apple filling can be supplemented with sour cream or berry topping. Bon appetit!
