Kefir comes in different fat contents and consistencies. If the finished dough turns out thicker than you would like, you can add a little water to it.

Combine warm kefir with soda. First I stirred the eggs, mixed the yolks and whites. Added granulated sugar and whisked. I poured in odorless oil and stirred again. Added kefir and stirred until smooth. Add flour in parts and knead the dough until smooth. I cooked it exactly according to the recipe so that my pancakes were excellent. The dough turned out to be quite liquid, just like the author’s. But I baked thin pancakes. They didn't tear or stick. An excellent recipe for pancake dough with kefir.
