    How to make pancake dough with holes? To prepare pancake dough, prepare the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour a couple of times through a sieve. Eggs can be used of any type. It is advisable to take milk slightly warmed or at least at room temperature.

    To prepare the dough, take a deep bowl in which it will be convenient to mix everything. Break the eggs into the bowl and add a little sugar. Shake them a little with a whisk.

    Then add a little vegetable oil and milk.

    Gradually add flour to the bowl and knead the dough.

    Quench the baking soda with vinegar and add to the bowl with the dough. The soda will immediately react with the vinegar and due to this the dough will be saturated with air bubbles.

    The finished dough should be quite liquid, homogeneous, without lumps of flour. It is from the batter that pancakes with holes will be obtained. They must be baked in a very hot frying pan. Before the first pancake, grease the pan a little with vegetable oil. Pour the batter into a hot frying pan and let it spread in a thin layer. Cook the pancakes over medium heat, frying on both sides until golden brown.

    Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other. Usually, I cover them with a lid so that they do not dry out. Ready-made pancakes from this dough turn out very tasty. Cook for your health!

The dough for pancakes with holes turned out to be a little thicker than I was used to making, and I brought it to a more liquid consistency with regular boiled water. It looked the same as in the author’s photo. This dough produced wonderful thin pancakes, delicious not only with the filling, but also on their own!
