During this time, the dough will sit and become a little thicker. Be prepared that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough.

On Sunday I made pancakes using this recipe. I accidentally saw the recipe in the comments, thanks to Olga Sanatova, and was very interested. Before that, I made pancakes with kefir with boiling water, the author of the recipe was also Yulia M.))) I really liked the custard pancakes with kefir. I decided to try choux pastry made with milk. A long time ago I tried to make custard pancakes with milk, but the pancakes didn’t turn out the way I wanted. This time I was very pleased with the result! The pancakes turned out simply wonderful! They baked quickly, turned over easily, and did not tear. And how delicious they were! I followed the recipe and didn’t even change the amount of sugar. When I made the dough, I’ll be honest, I doubted the success of the pancakes, since the dough was very, very liquid. But I stopped myself and didn’t add flour. I believed the author, because I had already successfully prepared Yulia M.’s recipes more than once. And rightly so! It turned out, as I already wrote, everything was great. The number of products is well calculated. Although I think I added a little more flour. This made 10 thick pancakes. Choux pastry for pancakes made with milk was easy to prepare, but you have to be careful as it burns easily
