STEP 1
How to make dough for thin pancakes with kefir? Prepare your food. Sift the flour first. Remove kefir and eggs from the refrigerator in advance; the dough is kneaded better with warm ingredients. The fat content of kefir does not play a special role in this recipe, choose any. Adjust the amount of salt and sugar to your taste. When you bake your first pancake, taste it and add what you think is necessary.

Take a bowl of suitable size. Beat the egg with sugar and salt, you can use a mixer, or you can just use a whisk, it’s not critical.

Add kefir, stir.

Boil water, pour boiling water into a glass and dissolve soda in it.

Immediately pour boiling water into the dough, whisking constantly. It should become liquid and homogeneous. Now let the dough rest for five minutes.
STEP 7
Add oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan. Choose the most common, refined, odorless oil. Stir again. The dough is ready. You can bake pancakes.
STEP 8
Before the first pancake, I grease the pan a little with oil, then pour in the dough without greasing. If the pancakes are not very thin, add more boiling water. But don't overdo it, or it will be difficult to turn them over.
