STEP 1

First of all, use a plastic knife to finely chop the bok choy - leaves and stems. They have different textures and this will make the salad more interesting. We use a plastic knife to preserve vitamin C.

Add Chinese sprouts to cabbage

Grind a bunch of cilantro leaves. Cilantro or coriander is the second most popular seasoning in the world after basil. Now let's grind the greens with a pinch of coarse Himalayan salt - this will fully reveal its aroma.
STEP 4

We grate a piece of fresh ginger root (2 cm) and a clove of garlic to obtain juice. Add finely chopped seedless red chili peppers to this. If you don't want it spicy, add sweet pepper. Mix all the sauce ingredients with olive oil - it smells so delicious))!
STEP 5

Season the salad with sauce and garnish with chopped peanuts. Naturally, you can use any other types of nuts or seeds for decoration.
