STEP 1

How to make a salad with fried champignons? Prepare everything you need for this. Boil the chicken fillet in advance. To do this, place it in boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Salt it a little. During this time, the onion will become soft and the champignons will decrease slightly in size. Salt them lightly and cool completely.

Pour boiling water over the prunes and leave for 10 minutes to soften them. Then rinse, dry and cut into pieces.

Cut the cooled chicken fillet into small cubes.

It is convenient to collect the salad in a special ring. Place the ring on a plate and place the first layer of chopped chicken fillet. Lubricate a little with mayonnaise.

Place fried champignons on the chicken. Cut the Korean carrots a little smaller than they are and place them in the next layer on the champignons. There is no need to add mayonnaise to the mushrooms and carrots, as these two layers are quite juicy.

Grate the fresh cucumber on a coarse grater in the next layer. If the cucumber is juicy, then this layer can be left without mayonnaise (or add just a little bit of it).

Place the top layer of roasted walnuts, brush with mayonnaise and remove the ring from the salad.
