Omelette roll with spicy filling

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
OMELET: Separate the whites from the yolks.
STEP 2
Add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat them with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
STEP 3
Combine the yolks with sour cream. Add oil. Mix.
STEP 4
Add whites. Mix.
STEP 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease the parchment with oil. Pour in the egg mixture and smooth with a spatula. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 6
FILLING: Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in oil until done.
STEP 7
Freeze the cheese and grate it on a coarse grater.
STEP 8
Mix carrots, cheese, chopped garlic and sour cream.
STEP 9
ROLL: Cool the omelet a little directly on the parchment.
STEP 10
Place the filling on the omelette, distribute evenly, leaving a little edge free.
STEP 11
Roll up the roll.
STEP 12
Slice and serve immediately. Or you can wrap the roll in foil, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then cut it and decorate the festive table for guests.
