Great recipe! To be honest, I looked into it because of the name, it turned out to be very similar to our casserole! I definitely cook with meat, otherwise my men won’t understand me, I first fry it with onions, put it directly on the potatoes, pour everything with an egg mixed with mayonnaise (one or two spoons) and into the oven!

I haven't tried Spanish tortilla before. I used lecho instead of some vegetables and added pieces of beef. Everything else is according to the recipe. Looks like a morning casserole or omelet with vegetables. Paprika is very appropriate here, the aroma is amazing! I was very pleased with what seemed like such a “Spanish” dinner :) Thanks to the author for the idea!
