Olivier salad with salmon and cucumber
Insanely delicious Olivier with fresh cucumber and lightly salted salmon! Variant of the Olivier salad recipe.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
STEP 2
Boil potatoes in their skins, drain the water, cool, peel and cut into cubes.
STEP 3
Wash fresh cucumbers, dry them, cut into cubes.
STEP 4
Also cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.
STEP 5
Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid and add the peas to the salad.
STEP 6
Cut the salmon into cubes or strips.
STEP 7
Peel the onion, cut into fine cubes.
STEP 8
Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 9
Arrange the salad as desired and serve!

I prepared Olivier salad with salmon according to this recipe. Tasty, tasty, new! Only I decided to replace the pickled cucumber with fresh ones and did not use green onions. It is clear that it is not profitable to cook such an Olivier for a “crowd” (I mean a bowl), because red fish is still expensive. For 2-4 servings it is quite possible. And I recommend it!
