STEP 1
How to make oatmeal for breakfast for proper nutrition? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take milk of any fat content. It is better to take non-instant oatmeal.
STEP 2
Take a deep bowl in which it will be convenient to mix all the products. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir them lightly with a whisk, add salt. Before using, wash eggs with baking soda in warm water, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface.
STEP 3
Add the cereal to the eggs and mix with a whisk.
STEP 4
Then pour in the milk. Mix everything well again and leave for 20 minutes so that the flakes swell slightly.
STEP 5
In the meantime, we'll make the filling. For the filling, you can use whatever you have on hand at home. Since I had a diet oatmeal pancake, I used vegetables and mozzarella for the filling. Wash the iceberg lettuce under running water, dry and cut (you can use any salad).
STEP 6
Take the mozzarella and cut into medium pieces.
STEP 7
Wash the cucumber under running water, dry it, cut off the tails on both sides. Cut the cucumber into strips or in another convenient way.
STEP 8
Place all the filling in one large bowl, add salt to taste and stir.
STEP 9
Heat a frying pan over high heat and lightly grease it with oil. Reduce heat to medium and pour egg mixture into pan. When the pancake starts to set on the bottom, turn it over.
STEP 10
And fry until done. You can put the filling on one half of the pan directly.
STEP 11
But I feel comfortable differently. I put the oatmeal pancake with milk on a plate, put the filling on one part of the pancake and covered it with the other half.
STEP 12
