Another dish of mine with Matsoni sauce, now it’s a salad, but what kind))) It contains juicy sweet peppers, boiled chicken gizzards, and mushrooms with onions, but in addition there is sauce. I made a salad for dinner for two, it was very easy to combine all the ingredients together, and it tasted like spring with my childhood favorite chicken navels. Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Wash the prepared products under running water. Let's take the matsoni out of the refrigerator. Chicken gizzards are often called “belly buttons,” and I am no exception.
STEP 2
Boil the champignons in salted water until tender.
STEP 3
We also boil chicken navels (stomachs) until tender.
STEP 4
Chop the onion as desired and fry until golden brown
STEP 5
Cut the pepper as desired and place it in the first layer
STEP 6
Cut the chicken gizzards and place them in a second layer
STEP 7
Place fried onions on top
STEP 8
Mix matsoni with dill and garlic, add salt, add spices to taste and mix

What a delicious salad! I’ve loved chicken navels since childhood, for me it’s the most delicious part of the chicken. I’ll definitely make this salad, but it’s okay if I replace the boiled mushrooms with pickled ones, I love them very much in salads and instead of matsoni I’ll use natural yogurt, I think they don’t taste very different
