I made a salad for dinner for two, it was very easy to combine all the ingredients together, and it tasted like spring with my childhood favorite chicken navels. Wash the prepared products under running water. Let's take the matsoni out of the refrigerator. Chicken gizzards are often called “belly buttons,” and I am no exception.

We also boil chicken navels (stomachs) until tender.

What a delicious salad! I’ve loved chicken navels since childhood, for me it’s the most delicious part of the chicken. I’ll definitely make this salad, but it’s okay if I replace the boiled mushrooms with pickled ones, I love them very much in salads and instead of matsoni I’ll use natural yogurt, I think they don’t taste very different
