Navel (ventricle) salad with Matsoni sauce

Simple and tasty, this salad will be the highlight of the table! This salad has everything I love, that’s why I’m giving it to you, what do you think? Another dish of mine with Matsoni sauce, now it’s a salad, but what kind))) It contains juicy sweet peppers, boiled chicken gizzards, and mushrooms with onions, but in addition there is sauce. I made a salad for dinner for two, it was very easy to combine all the ingredients together, and it tasted like spring with my childhood favorite chicken navels. Try Go at home and you won’t regret it! Get your appetite!

Shura, wonderful, I can imagine what a delicious salad. It’s also healthy because it’s seasoned with matsoni. Shura, it’s time for you to open your own kitchen selling salads dressed with matsun. I know that the success will be crazy and there will be queues for them

Oh, thank you, my dears, today I mastered pear in matsoni, now I’ll send it to the recipes - well, very, very tasty! The matsun, yours, Anahit, this time I made it according to the rules, it really turned out much thicker, but also spicier, since I seasoned it with ready-made sourdough left over from the previous matsun. I liked this product so much that I won’t even wean myself off it, digestion improves and food absorption goes faster)))

Shura, I’m very glad that matsun has taken root with you. He's really very helpful. When you use it systematically, you will notice how well the gastrointestinal tract functions; drinking a glass of matsun at night will ensure your baby’s sleep. Shura wrote the text, and then I saw that you already agreed with my point of view (about digestion). Well, in the picture you prepared a magnificent dessert. Shura, in the summer when it’s hot, I often prepare improvised homemade yogurt: to a glass of matsun I add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream, sand and fruit jam or just seasonal fruits, beat with a blender and put ice in the glass.

I completely agree with you! It is much tastier than kefir))) And it’s a pleasure to prepare it yourself! It goes well with any products and only improves their benefits and effects on our body! He has become so comfortable with me that I am now nowhere without anywhere!

What a delicious salad! I’ve loved chicken navels since childhood, for me it’s the most delicious part of the chicken. I’ll definitely make this salad, but it’s okay if I replace the boiled mushrooms with pickled ones, I love them very much in salads and instead of matsoni I’ll use natural yogurt, I think they don’t taste very different

Well, of course, Irisha, pickled mushrooms add their own subtlety and natural yogurt will go very well with this salad! I hope you enjoy this dish!
