STEP 1

How to make mushrooms in soy sauce? Very easy and fast! Prepare all the necessary products. Choose elastic mushrooms that have not yet opened; they turn out especially tasty. Instead of parsley, it is permissible to use young green onions or dill.
STEP 2

Rinse the mushrooms under running water and dry. Cut off the base of the stem by 0.3-0.5 cm. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse and dry.
STEP 3

Cut the mushrooms into slices about 0.5-0.7 cm thick. If you make the slices too thin, the dish will not be so juicy and tasty.
STEP 4

Heat 3 tbsp in a frying pan. vegetable oil. Send the champignons to fry. Stirring, cook until golden and delicious. It took me about 10 minutes to do this, and I made the flame slightly above average. The exact time depends on the characteristics of your stove.
STEP 5

Heat the remaining oil in a separate pan. Cut the onion into medium-sized cubes and fry until transparent.
STEP 6

Add the onions to the champignons and mix everything well.
STEP 7

Pour in soy sauce. If your sauce is too salty, then reduce the amount (2-3 tbsp will be enough).
STEP 8

Stir and leave over high heat until the soy sauce has almost completely evaporated.
STEP 9

Chop the garlic by hand with a knife or pass through a press. Rinse the parsley, dry and finely chop. Add the garlic and parsley to the pan. While stirring, keep on the stove for a few seconds and remove from heat.
STEP 10

Delicious champignon mushrooms with soy sauce are ready. They can be served hot or cold as an independent dish or in addition to something. Today I have mushrooms in soy sauce with white boiled asparagus.
