    Rinse the mushrooms under running water and dry. Cut off the base of the stem by 0.3-0.5 cm. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse and dry.

    Cut the mushrooms into slices about 0.5-0.7 cm thick. If you make the slices too thin, the dish will not be so juicy and tasty.

    Heat 3 tbsp in a frying pan. vegetable oil. Send the champignons to fry. Stirring, cook until golden and delicious. It took me about 10 minutes to do this, and I made the flame slightly above average. The exact time depends on the characteristics of your stove.

I really love mushrooms and have cooked them in different ways, but I haven’t made mushrooms in soy sauce yet. I peeled the mushroom caps, rinsed the mushrooms and dried them with paper towels. I cut it into not very thin slices as recommended. Mushrooms are prepared very simply and quickly, and the result is juicy and very tasty! Garlic and parsley add their own notes to the dish and it is so aromatic that it is simply impossible to resist it!

I used the mushrooms in soy sauce recipe to cook champignons. I didn’t even expect it to turn out so delicious! After all, I did not add salt and spices to this dish. I had fresh champignons, they were not very clean, so I had to wash them with a sponge and dry them. I removed the film from the caps and updated the cut. You really need to cut it not too thin, so that later you have something to pick up the mushroom on. After frying the onions and mushrooms, I poured soy sauce into the pan. This amount was just enough. The mushrooms turned out to be moderately salty. I also added garlic and parsley. I heated them a little more until they released their aroma. This dish has a wonderful taste, you can feel the pungency of the garlic and the pleasant smell of soy sauce! I recommend!
