I bought champignons specifically to make mushroom soup with meat and potatoes. I didn’t have some products, I replaced some. I cooked soup with pork and chicken wings, the broth with chicken turned out to be very aromatic and rich. I cut the pork into pieces, fried it in vegetable oil, and put it in boiling water along with the wings and bay leaf. The champignons were cut into slices. Potatoes and onions - cubes; this time I wanted to make finely chopped vegetables. I fried mushrooms, vegetables and garlic and placed them in the broth. Instead of tomato paste, I added a tomato to the soup and cut it into small cubes. Mom used to always add homemade vegetable dressing to the soup, which always included tomatoes. Small pieces of tomato make the soup brighter and tastier. My soup turned out to be very aromatic and tasty. Enjoy eating it! I liked that the mushrooms, potatoes, onions and garlic are first fried and only then placed in the pan; this makes the soup very flavorful. Thank you very much for the recipe!
