If you do not have ready-made chilled potatoes and eggs, set them to boil and add another half hour to the time I indicated. I started work by slicing and frying pure mushrooms, sliced into slices, and onions in heated oil in a frying pan. Let cool.

While the mushrooms and onions were cooling, I grated the potatoes on a coarse grater, which had been cooked and cooled from the night before.

I cut the smoked chicken fillet into small slices so that they fit into the overall format.

Pickled cucumbers (I had small ones) also need to be grated. Let's just try to remove the excess juice, it will interfere with our salad.

It is better to take hard varieties of cheese. Grate on a coarse grater. I got such beautiful shavings.

After peeling the egg, you need to grate it, but I chose a medium grater for it.

You can start laying out layers, covering each one with sour cream or mayonnaise. I used the champignons first, because we have mushrooms under the coat, not on the coat.
