Every Sunday, my grandmother gathered the family around the table to share the secrets of ancient recipes that were passed down from generation to generation. From her I learned that cooking is not just a process, but a way to give joy. Over the years, I began to draw inspiration from different cuisines around the world, experimenting with bold flavors and combinations. My goal is to show that cooking is accessible to everyone. There is nothing better than the smiles of loved ones when a simple but delicious dish is on the table. I share with you my love for food and the hope that it will become a connecting thread in your families.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at The School of Artisan Food.
