    To prepare the filling, fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions for 5-7 minutes. Salt it a little.

Mushroom pie in the oven - pleasure and holiday! Very tasty and aromatic. For the filling, I took oyster mushrooms, finely chopped them and fried them with onions in a frying pan. Then mixed them with eggs, sour cream and cheese. Since I used a little more sour cream than suggested in the recipe, I added a spoonful of flour to the filling just in case. I distributed the dough evenly in the pan, pricked it with a fork and baked it separately without filling for about 12 minutes until it set (it could have been longer). Only then did I add the filling and continue baking until it was clearly golden brown (in a glass form it is easy to determine the degree of doneness of the baked goods). Cut it after it has cooled completely. The pie is wonderful! I recommend the recipe!

The pie turned out very tasty! I made it with chanterelles. I boiled the mushrooms in advance. I slightly changed the composition of the dough, instead of 2 tablespoons of sour cream, I added 4. Bake in an electric oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. The pie turned out very tasty.
