STEP 1

How to make mushroom pie in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to fill it with oxygen. You can use any available mushrooms for the filling. These can be champignons, oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms, porcini mushrooms or a mixture of different mushrooms. Wild mushrooms must be boiled in advance. Champignons do not need to be cooked.

STEP 3

STEP 4

To prepare the filling, fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions for 5-7 minutes. Salt it a little.
STEP 5

Separately mix eggs with sour cream.
STEP 6

Add grated cheese and egg wash to the fried mushrooms. Mix all ingredients.

Spread the rested dough over the bottom of the baking dish (20-24cm), forming sides.
STEP 8

The finished pie will begin to brown slightly. The filling will be baked and will no longer be liquid.
STEP 10
