    STEP 1

How to fry minced meat in batter in a frying pan? Prepare all the products on the list. You can use any minced meat to suit your taste. Minced pork, beef or a mixture of several types of meat is perfect. For the recipe, I took ready-made purchased minced pork.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onions and garlic. Wash the eggs and dry them with paper napkins.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Beat one egg into the minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste. At this stage, add your favorite spices and seasonings if desired. Chop the onion as finely as possible or grate it on a grater with large cloves; do the same with the garlic. If you make the minced meat yourself, then pass the onion and garlic together with the meat through a meat grinder.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Knead the minced meat thoroughly and beat it on the bottom of the bowl or on the table. Cover the minced meat with cling film or a plastic bag and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Prepare the batter. To do this, beat two eggs into a deep bowl, add flour and sour cream. Add salt to taste. Mix everything very well. Please note that the amount of flour may differ from what is indicated in the recipe. Add flour in portions; the batter should not be too liquid or too thick.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Remove the mince from the refrigerator, sweep out again and form into small flat patties of the same size.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Dip the cutlets into the batter on all sides.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Fry the cutlets over moderate heat until golden brown.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Next, turn the cutlets over, reduce the heat a little and cook under a closed lid for about 5-7 minutes (until fully cooked).

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Done, serve hot!

I was interested in a recipe for minced meat in batter in a frying pan; the photo of this dish seemed very appetizing to me. It's quite simple to prepare. For cooking I needed minced meat, onion, egg and salt (I did not add garlic). I made the minced meat myself by grinding pork chops in a blender. I cut the onion into small cubes; in the finished cutlets it became slightly sweet and pleasant to the taste. Having mixed all the ingredients, I put the finished minced meat in the refrigerator, and I started making the batter myself - mixing the egg, sour cream, flour and salt. The mixture turned out homogeneous and quite thick. Taking the minced meat out of the refrigerator, I formed small cutlets. Next, I dipped them in batter, placed them in a frying pan and fried them until golden brown on both sides. The battered meat turned out very juicy and tender! The taste is amazing! I really liked it! Thank you very much for the recipe!

Thank you for another interesting new product that will decorate my selection of “CUTLETS”. Very tempting: a cutlet without a bun and even in batter... SUPER!!!

I cooked the cutlets quickly, ate them quickly, but I thought for a very long time about publishing the result or not. Then I decided - I wasn’t: usually my appearance is lame, but this time the quality suffered - the batter turned out to be too liquid and there was very little of it on the cutlets (I’ll keep it in mind for the future) But what a wonderful cooking process it was: I already I beat the minced meat with ease and mold cutlets without any strain, and now I can determine the required thickness of the batter “by eye.” Overall, thanks to you and your recipe. (I hope I won’t scare everyone too much with this photo?) The recipe is really cool, because even in this form it was delicious.
