STEP 1

How to fry minced meat in batter in a frying pan? Prepare all the products on the list. You can use any minced meat to suit your taste. Minced pork, beef or a mixture of several types of meat is perfect. For the recipe, I took ready-made purchased minced pork.
STEP 2

Peel the onions and garlic. Wash the eggs and dry them with paper napkins.
STEP 3

Beat one egg into the minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste. At this stage, add your favorite spices and seasonings if desired. Chop the onion as finely as possible or grate it on a grater with large cloves; do the same with the garlic. If you make the minced meat yourself, then pass the onion and garlic together with the meat through a meat grinder.
STEP 4

Knead the minced meat thoroughly and beat it on the bottom of the bowl or on the table. Cover the minced meat with cling film or a plastic bag and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
STEP 5

Prepare the batter. To do this, beat two eggs into a deep bowl, add flour and sour cream. Add salt to taste. Mix everything very well. Please note that the amount of flour may differ from what is indicated in the recipe. Add flour in portions; the batter should not be too liquid or too thick.
STEP 6

Remove the mince from the refrigerator, sweep out again and form into small flat patties of the same size.
STEP 7

Dip the cutlets into the batter on all sides.
STEP 8

Heat vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Fry the cutlets over moderate heat until golden brown.
STEP 9

Next, turn the cutlets over, reduce the heat a little and cook under a closed lid for about 5-7 minutes (until fully cooked).
STEP 10

Done, serve hot!
