Very often I cook hedgehogs in tomato paste. True, my recipe is very different from this. Since I wanted to add variety, I decided to cook hedgehogs using the recipe from Khrumka. The hedgehogs tasted like they were steamed, apparently due to the fact that they were cooked in the oven only under foil, and not baked openly. Grated carrots added sweetness and juiciness. In general, the recipe is very worthy, especially for those who watch their diet, not a gram of extra oil.
