Wonderful recipe!!! I got such charming “hedgehogs”. The grains of rice are exactly like the needles of a hedgehog. Previously, I always boiled rice and fried meatballs. Now I will cook only according to this recipe: less hassle, excellent results. A huge THANK YOU to the author!
