Minced hedgehogs in a slow cooker

Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
We prepare the necessary products.
STEP 2
Peel the onion, cut it, fry it in a frying pan. Remove the onion from the stove.
STEP 3
Peel the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater, and fry them.
STEP 4
Add onion to carrots, fry together, remove from heat.
STEP 5
Knead the minced meat.
STEP 6
Wash the rice until the water is clear and add to the minced meat.
STEP 7
Add fried onions and carrots to the rice and minced meat.
STEP 8
To all this add the egg and spices, knead thoroughly with your hands for about 5 minutes, leave the mixture for half an hour.
STEP 9
Mix sour cream and tomato paste, add water, salt, add flour, get a marinade.
STEP 10
We make balls from the minced meat, approximately 3 cm in diameter.
STEP 11
Place the hedgehogs in the multicooker bowl.
STEP 12
Pour in the marinade and set to “Stew” for 40 minutes.

Wonderful recipe!!! I got such charming “hedgehogs”. The grains of rice are exactly like the needles of a hedgehog. Previously, I always boiled rice and fried meatballs. Now I will cook only according to this recipe: less hassle, excellent results. A huge THANK YOU to the author!
