How to quite simply and quickly prepare fish cutlets from minced pollock with vegetable dressing, breaded in a frying pan, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing homemade cutlets from homogeneous minced fish.
STEP 2
To prepare the vegetable dressing, take a suitable frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour about two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it, then lay out one head of onion, pre-cut into quarters of rings, and one medium carrot, grated on a fine grater.
STEP 3
Mix the vegetables together in a frying pan and fry them at high heat on the stove.
STEP 4
Take a deep bowl and place three chopped pieces of white loaf into it, then pour one hundred milliliters of milk at room temperature into the bowl and soak the pieces of loaf in milk.
STEP 5
Place one clove of garlic, passed through a press, into a frying pan with onions and carrots, then stir and continue frying the vegetables for one minute, then turn off the stove and cool the prepared dressing.

Take a meat grinder with a large grid and pass through it one kilogram of pollock fillet, cooked fried vegetables, pieces of loaf soaked in milk and place in a large bowl, then add salt to it to taste.
