    Let's take the meat. I like beef, but you can use pork or veal. Wash the meat, remove films and veins and cut into cubes. Then take a frying pan and heat the vegetable oil on it. Lay out the meat, turn up the heat and, stirring constantly, fry the meat on all sides until cooked. Then put it in a bowl and leave it for a while.

    Let's do the vegetables. Peel the potatoes, then wash them and cut them into medium-sized pieces.

    Peel the carrots and cut them into the same pieces as the potatoes.

    Peel the onion and chop it not very finely. Fry the prepared vegetables in the same frying pan and in the same oil that we fried the meat. Then for now we transfer them to a separate container.

    After this, clean and cut the pumpkin into cubes. Then fry it in oil until half cooked.

    We arrange the pots. Place the meat on the bottom, salt it and pepper to taste. Put in a bay leaf.
