You can use any meat according to your taste and availability; let’s focus on pork, although it is fatty, after baking it turns out very tasty, juicy and satisfying. Sometimes you can afford such a dish. We wash a piece of meat and cut it into steaks about 2 centimeters thick. We wash the meat and dry it with paper towels.

    Rub the meat with spices to taste; you can limit yourself to just salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of paprika for taste.

    Place the meat on a piece of foil greased with olive oil, secure the edges of the foil so that there is space on top under the foil. Place the meat in the foil in a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.

    After the specified time, remove the pan with the meat, open the foil, put the meat in the oven for another 5-10 minutes for light browning, if desired. While the meat is baking, prepare a side dish in the form of a salad of fresh vegetables and boiled pasta.

    Place water in a saucepan on the stove, add a pinch of salt, bring to a boil, and lower the pasta into the boiling water. When the water boils, reduce the heat to medium. Cook the pasta for about 10 minutes. Drain the water, rinse the pasta with cold water, add a piece of butter, and stir the pasta.

    Wash the vegetables. Cut the cucumbers into slices or cubes.
