Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the meat until cooked, about 30 minutes over medium heat, covered. Remove the finished meat from the heat and let it cool.

    Take blue lettuce onions, peel and cut into halves of rings. This onion usually does not have a pronounced bitterness. But if the onion still seems bitter, you can marinate it in vinegar. To do this, add a tablespoon of vinegar to a glass of water, place the onion in the solution and marinate for about 15 minutes. Drain the onions in a colander and let dry. If you wish, you can use regular onions.

    Place the canned beans in a colander, rinse, drain and place in a deep bowl. Instead of canned beans, you can use dry, pre-soaked and boiled until tender. Place the cooled fried meat in a bowl with the beans.

My husband and I liked the meat salad with beef, it was hearty, juicy and delicious! The longest part of the cooking process is frying the meat. The rest is just cutting. In general, it’s enough to put the beans on a sieve; I also rinsed them with boiled water. I cut all the ingredients into cubes so that the salad looked harmonious on the plate. For greens, I have a little cilantro, dill and green onions. A very aromatic and juicy mixture. For dressing I chose olive oil and rice vinegar. It turned out to be an interesting taste, especially in combination with spicy garlic. Great salad, and after an hour in the fridge it was even better. I advise everyone to try it!
