STEP 1
Pour semolina into a bowl and add kefir to it. Mix these ingredients thoroughly and leave the mixture for half an hour. This is necessary so that the cereal absorbs the liquid, then the manna will turn out fluffy and crumbly.
STEP 2
After half an hour, we begin mixing eggs and sugar. You can do this with a simple whisk, but it is best to use a blender; it is easier to beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, and this is important for obtaining fluffy baked goods.
STEP 3
Combine semolina, which has absorbed kefir, with beaten eggs. Mix the mixture thoroughly until smooth. Add a teaspoon of soda slaked with vinegar and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Already as a result of mixing, you will see how airy the mass becomes.
STEP 4
It is better to turn on the oven in advance at 160-170 degrees. Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with semolina or flour. Lay out the dough and level its surface. Place the mold filled with the mixture into the oven for 30-40 minutes. During baking, do not constantly open the oven door, otherwise the manna will be dense and not fluffy. The appearance of a golden brown crust and a fragrant smell in the apartment indicates the readiness of the dish.
