I really wanted to make zucchini pancakes. I had one small young zucchini weighing about 480 grams. I didn't cut off the skin because it was very thin. Eggs used category C1. To be honest, I didn’t measure out the flour, I just sifted it into the zucchini in parts so that the dough turned out thick. I fried the pancakes over medium heat for about 1-1.5 minutes on each side. The result was lush zucchini pancakes in a frying pan, very appetizing with a beautiful ruddy color. Their taste is very pleasant and delicate. I served zucchini with sour cream for breakfast. Thank you very much for the wonderful recipe, katushafin!

Today I made zucchini pancakes using this recipe. My zucchini was smaller, 400 grams, I took 100 grams of flour, 2 eggs. I added another half teaspoon of dry garlic. The results were very tasty, tender pancakes. Thank you very much to the author for the recipe, here is my photo report)))
