Lush pancakes with herbs and cheese on kefir

For breakfast or dinner for the whole family. Pancakes with herbs and cheese on kefir help to utilize the herbs that have begun to fade, as well as the remains of cheese and kefir. And their main advantage for our family is that my husband, who cannot tolerate yeast baked goods, eats them with pleasure.

We really like various non-sweet pancakes and flatbreads; they can be a tasty and complete snack. I fried pancakes with herbs and cheese on kefir for a snack for the children. This weekend we have a house full of nephews and we need to constantly feed them) And all the children love such hearty pancakes, especially with ketchup or sour cream. And these flatbreads are prepared quickly and easily. I used fairly liquid kefir in the dough, so it took a little more flour. In general, I was guided by the consistency of the dough. For the filling, in addition to boiled eggs and cheese, I added leftover cheese. We don’t have wild garlic, but we do have green onions) By the way, they don’t taste bitter at all in pancakes. From this amount of dough I fried a whole mountain of pancakes! They are very tasty, filling and tender! All the children are happy)

The recipe is worthy of attention, I’m making these pancakes now, I tried them - they’re very good. I assumed so, judging by the composition of the recipe, so I immediately made 1.5 times more. I thought: perhaps other fillers can be added here?

Thanks for your feedback! I haven’t tried it with other fillings, because I bake them specifically as an alternative to pies with green onions and eggs. But you can experiment!
