How to make an omelette with sausage? Prepare your food. Initially, the recipe is designed for 4 servings, so the description calls for 6 eggs. I cooked from two. It will be tastier to take the sausage boiled, without fat. Sausages are also suitable. You don’t have to put vegetables at all; they are for everyone’s benefit, both for their usefulness and beauty. You can also add any greens - dill, parsley, green onions. Wash and dry the vegetables first.

Cut the sausage into small cubes. The smaller they are, the more aesthetically pleasing the omelette will look, but in general, this is not important.

Also cut the tomato into cubes.

And bell pepper. If you take peppers of different colors, it will turn out even more beautiful.

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat with a whisk until fluffy.

Pour in milk, add salt and pepper. Consider the salinity of the sausage; do not over-salt the omelette. Whisk all the ingredients again until completely smooth.

Add chopped sausage and vegetables to the egg mixture. Mix well again.

Take a suitable frying pan. The smaller its diameter, the more magnificent the omelette will be. Heat it over low heat, pour in vegetable oil. Let the oil warm up a little too. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Cook the omelette for about 5 minutes over low heat, then cover the pan with a lid and turn the heat to low.
STEP 10

In 10 minutes the lush omelette will be ready. The eggs should be completely cooked - if they remain runny on top, keep the omelet on the heat a little longer. Serve the finished omelette immediately on the table - it tastes better hot, and besides, such an omelette quickly collapses, like a soufflé. When serving, sprinkle the omelette with herbs.
