    We clean the pork liver from films and cut it into pieces measuring 1 cm by 2 cm.

    Over medium heat, fry the liver in a frying pan previously greased with sunflower oil. At the end of frying, do not forget to salt the liver.

    We cut the carrots on a grater to prepare Korean carrots.
