Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare the glutton salad with liver, take the following ingredients: pork liver, onions, carrots, pickled cucumbers, garlic, green peas, mayonnaise, salt, sunflower oil and parsley.
STEP 2
We clean the pork liver from films and cut it into pieces measuring 1 cm by 2 cm.
STEP 3
Over medium heat, fry the liver in a frying pan previously greased with sunflower oil. At the end of frying, do not forget to salt the liver.
STEP 4
We cut the carrots on a grater to prepare Korean carrots.
STEP 5
Grease the frying pan with sunflower oil. Fry the chopped carrots in a frying pan over low heat.
STEP 6
Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.
STEP 7
Cut the onion into half rings, grate the garlic on a fine grater.
STEP 8
Mix together liver, carrots, onions, pickled cucumbers, garlic. Season with mayonnaise. Arrange the salad in the shape of a ring. Place green peas in the center and garnish with parsley. The glutton salad with liver is ready. Bon appetit!
