Brooklyn Rodriguez

Since childhood, I remember how a special atmosphere always reigned in my grandmother’s kitchen: the aroma of fresh baked goods, the crackling of oil in a frying pan and endless stories told over family dinners. These memories inspired me on the path of culinary creativity. I draw inspiration from different cuisines around the world, combining unique flavors and traditions. My goal is to show that cooking can be simple and accessible to everyone. I believe that sharing recipes and warmth can bring people together and create an atmosphere of real home comfort.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Baking at South Seattle College.
