Easter with candied fruits and dried fruits on egg yolks
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
What you need for deliciousness.
STEP 2
I did not pass the cottage cheese through a sieve; this labor-intensive process was replaced by a blender.
STEP 3
Measure out half of the sugar reserved for the recipe. Whip this half in a bowl with heavy cream.
STEP 4
We barely heat the butter to make it easier to whip with this cream. While whisking, add salt and the other half remaining from the sugar.
STEP 5
Let's start kneading the dough. Mix the curd, egg and creamy sweet mass. I again resorted to using a blender.
STEP 6
The result was a wonderful curd mass.
STEP 7
Instead of candied fruits, which simply weren’t there at the right time... The household ate it up))) I used finely chopped fresh banana and a fresh apple.
STEP 8
Since I used fresh fruits, I added them to the dough at the very last moment so that the blender would not chop them.
STEP 9
I also did not use gauze, but used wonderful glassware.
STEP 10
I closed everything with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours, as recommended in the recipe. In the morning I simply lowered my glass vessel with paska into a bowl of hot water for a couple of minutes. So that it moves away from the walls a little.
STEP 11
And now, it's ready. I simply decorated it with fruit jam. Or rather, I decorated it for my son, who just arrived at the most important moment))) But, of course, for the Easter holidays, a decoration made from candied fruits and nuts will be more original.
STEP 12
We are ready for tasting.
