In the recipe, the proportions of grated egg and cheese are almost the same; if you want a filling with a more cheesy taste, then reduce the amount of egg to 1 pc., and on the contrary, increase the amount of cheese.

    Boil two eggs hard, leave one egg for dipping the pita bread.

    Cool and peel the eggs. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

    Also grate the eggs using a coarse grater, or chop them very finely by hand.

Today I prepared a quick pita bread with egg and cheese in a frying pan for a snack according to this recipe. I used hard cheese and added fresh herbs to the filling.
