    Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.

    Finely chop the cabbage.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and simmer the cabbage in it until soft, about 10 minutes. Cool.

    Combine cabbage, boiled eggs and dill. Salt and pepper.

    In a deep bowl, combine room temperature kefir, eggs, salt and sugar. Mix.

    Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the kefir mixture.

    Mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps in the dough. The finished dough should look like pancakes. If the dough is too steep, you can dilute it with kefir.

    Grease a baking dish (Ø 25-26 cm) with vegetable oil. Pour most of the dough into the mold (2/3 of it).

    Place the cabbage filling on top and smooth it out.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 40 minutes. The top of the pie should be browned.

The kefir pie turned out to have excellent taste! Even without adding yeast, the dough became fluffy and soft. At the request of my household, I replaced the sugar in the filling with chopped pre-steamed dried apricots. Before serving, we decorated the pie with jam and sunflower seeds.
