A tasty, satisfying and nutritious homemade dish! If time allows and there is a desire, then sometimes you can pamper your family with a real homemade, natural, healthy and tasty dish. This is a very simple dish that can be easily prepared from available ingredients that caring housewives can always find in their homes. The only thing is that this dish takes a little longer to prepare than using ready-made egg noodles.

    Let's prepare the ingredients for the dish according to the list. For homemade noodles you need simple ingredients: flour, water, vegetable oil, chicken eggs and salt.

    Add table salt, beat in a chicken egg, pour in vegetable oil and clean cold water. Mix the ingredients. The result is a homogeneous plastic mass.

    If necessary, wheat flour should be added when kneading the dough. Since different manufacturers have different densities of flour and its quantity may require more or less to obtain the dough of the desired consistency. To make the dough more elastic and manageable, it is better to keep it in the refrigerator for a short time, wrapped in cling film.

    The whole chicken can be used to prepare this dish, dividing it into small pieces if the dish is being prepared for a large family, or taking a fillet or other part of the chicken. We wash the meat and cut it into small pieces or cubes. Wash the meat again.

    Let's prepare a vegetable set; you can change it, increase or decrease it if desired. Wash, peel and cut the carrots into cubes.

    Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. If desired, you can omit adding potatoes; even without them, the dish turns out to be very satisfying and nutritious. With potatoes it will turn out even more satisfying and tastier. To make the dish lighter, potatoes can be replaced with zucchini.

    Wash the bell pepper and cut out the seed capsule with the seeds. Cut the pulp of the bell pepper into cubes or strips. Wash the tomatoes, cut out the place where the stalk is attached, cut the pulp into cubes or pieces. If desired, tomatoes can be replaced with tomato paste. Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife or pass it through a press.

    Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Let's warm it up. Place the onion in the pan and fry it until transparent.

    Add the cooked chicken to the frying pan with the onions.

    Then add vegetables to the pan. First, mix the carrots and fry for about 10 minutes. Then add the potatoes and stir. Add spices: salt and ground black pepper to taste. Pour in a small amount of water. Simmer covered for about 15 minutes. Then add the remaining vegetables. Stir, simmer everything together for another 15 minutes under the lid.

    In the meantime, prepare and boil homemade noodles. Roll out the dough on a floured table into a thin layer and cut into strips, long or short.

    Remove the noodles from the water with a slotted spoon and add them to the frying pan with the meat and vegetables. Stir and simmer for about another 7 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Turn off the heat and leave covered for 10 minutes.

Homemade noodles with chicken and vegetables is one of my favorite dishes. I prepared homemade noodles as described in the recipe. I used homemade chicken eggs. The pasta dough turned out amazing, it is elastic and soft, does not tear or crumble. Using a machine, I rolled out the dough very thin and also used the machine to cut the noodles. I bought chicken fillet already marinated in Mexican style with paprika. I cut the meat and fried it with onions. Added potatoes and fried again. Then I put carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes and garlic in the pan. Among the spices I also added tomato paste, smoked paprika, paprika flakes, nutmeg and ground coriander. I stewed everything together and added boiled noodles. This dish is very, very tasty. And how fragrant and rich in flavors it is beyond words. In some ways this dish is reminiscent of lagman. In a word - masterpiece! It's impossible to tear yourself away from the plate. Only my husband was surprised why noodles and potatoes were together) I advise everyone to cook it.
