Granola - the perfect breakfast and more
Granola is an ideal breakfast and a storehouse of vitamins! Granola is very similar to muesli, but much tastier. It is baked until crispy using honey, which caramelizes to add a crust. You can use any nuts, seeds, dried fruits, berries, candied fruits. Eaten with milk and fresh fruit. Add yogurt and get an independent dessert. Or you can just crunch it instead of candy. In a closed jar it will easily last for a couple of weeks without losing its properties and taste.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Wash and dry dried fruits and berries
STEP 2

Cut the nuts
STEP 3

You need to cut it with a knife, not very finely.
STEP 4

Real, long-cooking Hercules, mix well with honey, olive oil, cinnamon with a wooden spatula. Dry in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes until browned. Stirring every 10 minutes. The photo didn't turn out well, unfortunately.
STEP 5

While the rolled oats are browning, chop the dried fruits and berries
STEP 6

Take out the rolled oats, let cool, add dried fruits and berries and mix well. Transfer to a jar with a lid and use for breakfasts and desserts. Children will be very pleased, and adults will not refuse such a tasty and nutritious breakfast.

This is simply an amazing dish, it is suitable for both an adult and a child for breakfast. I first learned about this dish about two years ago and since then I have always had it ready-made. And my whole family is simply delighted with it, and even if you don’t have enough of some products, everything can be replaced with any nut or dried fruit.
