  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make funchose with pork meat and vegetables? Prepare the foods listed. I took pork, the neck part, but any meat will work here: chicken fillet, beef tenderloin, veal. I had 100 grams of funchose, but you take 200 grams as indicated in the recipe, it will be tastier. Wash and dry the vegetables.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

If necessary, defrost the pork by transferring it to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator in advance. Wash the pulp, dry with paper towels and cut into thin strips.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Transfer pork slices to a bowl. Pour in soy sauce, stir and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the carrots and grate them using a Korean carrot grater. If you don’t have such a grater, grate using a regular medium grater.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cut the washed bell pepper in half and remove the center and seeds. Thinly slice into strips.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Peel the onions and garlic cloves and chop them finely.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Grate the washed fresh cucumber using a Korean grater or a medium grater. I didn't peel the cucumber. But if yours tastes bitter, peel the cucumber.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour refined vegetable oil into the frying pan. Reheat. Place the meat and fry over medium heat with constant stirring. I first simmered it under the lid, then fried it until cooked. This took approximately 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate and let the meat cool.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Boil the noodles in plenty of water. From the moment it boils, cook for exactly 5 minutes. Not longer, otherwise it will turn out tasteless. Add 1 tbsp to the cooking water. l. vegetable oil so that the noodles do not stick together. Place the finished noodles in a colander and let them cool.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

In a hot frying pan, fry the onion and garlic, then add the carrots, be sure to stir the vegetables so as not to burn.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Then quickly fry the chopped bell pepper. In a container of a suitable size, combine noodles, fried vegetables, meat, and cucumber. Taste and add salt if you think necessary, and also sprinkle with sesame seeds. Our salad is ready. Delicious! Serve this dish with any wine, tea, juice.

There were no carrots, and the pepper was yellow, which made the dish a little boring in appearance) but it didn’t affect the taste 😋Funchoza meat and vegetables are made for each other 👍

Looking at your recipe photos, I can even smell and taste Funcheza. I tried it several times with a friend, but I’ve never cooked it myself, but now I’ll definitely try to cook it, especially since you wrote a very detailed recipe and step-by-step photographs show how to prepare this salad. Tatyana, thank you for your recipe!
