A creative salad from Chinese cuisine with an original taste. Simple and fast! I prepared funchoza salad with meat for the first time, it turned out almost like in a Chinese restaurant, although I couldn’t care less about it! You need to add Weijing, a Chinese seasoning, to the dressing in the amount of 1.5 tablespoons.

    The finished noodles will become transparent. Drain it in a colander and rinse with cold water to prevent it from sticking.

    To make the dressing, sprinkle all ingredients with lemon juice, soy sauce, Weijing seasoning, add paprika and black pepper. Do not stir because the seasonings should remain on top. Heat a frying pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil into it and heat it. Add paprika to the oil and squeeze out the garlic. Do everything quickly so that nothing burns. It's better to cook the garlic in advance. Two seconds, and the gas station is ready.

Thanks to the author for the recipe. The salad is very good and tasty. Lately I have started to like Chinese cuisine. Funchoza noodles are so thin and unusual that I decided to work with them. The site has various recipes with this type of noodle. Most of the recipes presented were from vegetables, but I wanted something unusual with meat and soy sauce. And so I managed to find such a recipe. There I decided to change it a little by adjusting some ingredients to suit myself. I didn't add any sweet pepper. Not everyone in our family loves him. Of the vegetables, I left fresh cucumber and carrots, only I decided to boil them, cutting everything into strips and adding chopped garlic (just a little). I left the amount of sauce the same, but decided to add more sesame seeds. I think it tastes better this way. But the final stage was meat and onions fried in soy sauce. Combining all the ingredients, the result was excellent. I really didn’t expect this from this particular noodle. The main thing is not to overcook it, but it is better to steam it with water for 4-5 minutes. Everyone can customize any recipe to suit themselves. How many people, so many opinions. Thanks to this, we create something new, share it, improve it and become better ourselves. Having learned the intricacies of preparing a variety of dishes from different nations.
