Funchose salad with meat and garlic arrows

STEP 1
How to make funchose salad with meat and soy sauce? Prepare all the necessary products.
STEP 2
Cut the garlic arrows into pieces 3-4 centimeters long.
STEP 3
Simmer them in salted boiling water for about five minutes.
STEP 4
Drain the water through a colander and rinse under cold running water. Allow excess liquid to drain.
STEP 5
Grate the carrots so that stripes come out (using a Korean grater).
STEP 6
Cut the onion into half rings and the pork into strips 3-4 cm long.
STEP 7
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden.
STEP 8
Add the meat to the onion and fry until done.
STEP 9
Add garlic arrows here. Keep everything in the pan for 10 to 30 minutes. The first 10-15 without a lid, then add half a glass of water and simmer under the lid. The main thing is not to overcook the arrows!
STEP 10
Cooking funchose.
STEP 11
Add a couple of drops of vegetable oil to boiling water and add noodles. Leave for ten minutes in hot water.
STEP 12
The finished noodles will become transparent. Drain it in a colander and rinse with cold water to prevent it from sticking.
STEP 13
Place everything in a bowl and prepare the dressing.
STEP 14
To make the dressing, sprinkle all ingredients with lemon juice, soy sauce, Weijing seasoning, add paprika and black pepper. Do not stir because the seasonings should remain on top. Heat a frying pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil into it and heat it. Add paprika to the oil and squeeze out the garlic. Do everything quickly so that nothing burns. It's better to cook the garlic in advance. Two seconds, and the gas station is ready.
STEP 15
Pour the herb oil over the salad and toss to coat. Cover the salad with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. This is how my funchose salad with meat turned out!
