Fruit cocktail
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make a fruit cocktail? Prepare your ingredients. According to taste and desire, the composition of the fruit can be changed depending on the season or preference.
STEP 2
In addition to fruits, I added some berries: strawberries, sea buckthorn, raspberries, gooseberries, black currants and cherries to diversify the taste of the cocktail. They really made it very bright and juicy, with a nice sophisticated finish. But you don’t have to add them, the drink will still be delicious.
STEP 3
Banana is needed for the sweetness and tenderness of the drink. Wash and peel it, then cut it into pieces. Place in blender.
STEP 4
Also take the sweet variety. Wash them, peel them, cut them into quarters. Cut out the core and cut the pulp into pieces. Place the chopped apples in a blender bowl with the banana. Wash the kiwi, peel and cut into several pieces. Also put it in a blender.
STEP 5
Berries can be used either fresh or frozen, after defrosting them. Place the berries in a blender with the fruit.
STEP 6
Using a blender at medium speed, grind all the fruit and berry contents into a homogeneous puree.
STEP 7
Pour milk into the blender bowl. You can use any fat content, or you can omit it at all if you want the drink to be less caloric. Just replace it then with cold boiled water. But with milk, the drink, of course, turns out more tender and tastes better.
STEP 8
You can add sugar if you wish. But for my taste, all the ingredients are very sweet, and the drink turns out sweet without the use of additional sugar. Instead of sugar, you can use honey to make the drink even healthier, unless, of course, you are allergic to this product. Shake the cocktail again for a couple of minutes.
STEP 9
Pour the cocktail into glasses and serve. Before serving, it is better to place the cocktail in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to cool, then it will be even tastier and more pleasant to the taste.
