The main ingredient in milkshake recipes is, of course, milk of any fat content. It doesn’t have to be from cows, because it’s difficult for adults to digest lactose. In this case, a vegetable base is suitable: soy, almond, rice, oatmeal, coconut. Such products are less common on sale and are more expensive, but objectively they are healthier and, according to gourmets, tastier. The classic Soviet cocktail is a mixture of milk, creamy ice cream and vanillin. There was no sugar in the composition and it is not recommended so as not to oversweet it. Ice cream is also optional, because there are many other additives: jam, liqueurs, ready-made sauces in bottles... A good idea: make puree from stale spoiled fruits or unsweetened seasonal berries, which in their pure form do not appeal to anyone. Lactose neutralizes the acid, and dessert spices will add piquancy to the taste. It is very important to have a blender in the kitchen - this device will not only whip the liquid into a fluffy foam, but will also grind the fruit into a pulp at the same time.
