STEP 1
How to make an ice cream milkshake in a blender? Prepare the necessary products. Take ice cream of good quality according to GOST without vegetable fats, as well as additives and fillers, the taste of the drink will depend on this. I have vanilla ice cream and pasteurized milk (3.5% fat) from the refrigerator. Before use, be sure to wash the blender thoroughly and dry it with paper towels.
STEP 2
Weigh 200 grams of ice cream. To make a delicious milkshake, all proportions must be observed. It is convenient to use a kitchen scale for this.
STEP 3
Beat the cooled milk and sugar in a blender until light foam appears. Sugar can be replaced with liquid honey. If you want, add strawberry or any other jam to taste, berry syrup. You can also add various fruits, for example, bananas, strawberries. To enhance the aroma, add 1-2 drops of vanilla, apricot or grape essence. For chocolate lovers, you can add cocoa powder (about 1-2 teaspoons) or use chocolate ice cream.
STEP 4
Add ice cream to blender and blend at full speed for 5 minutes. That's all! You can easily make a milkshake at home!
STEP 5
