Instead of a blender, I beat with a mixer for 3 minutes. Replaced sugar with strawberry jam (1 tbsp). The cocktail turned out great with a high foam, the foam did not settle until the very end, it just became smaller. The cocktail is sweet, but not with a cloying taste, just as it should be.
