STEP 1
How to make a kiwi milkshake in a blender? Prepare your food. Milk is suitable for any fat content. Choose your kiwis wisely: they should be neither too hard nor too soft. The skin should spring back slightly when pressed.
STEP 2
Wash and peel the kiwi. Cut the pulp into thin slices or cubes.
STEP 3
Place kiwi pieces into a blender bowl. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. It is not necessary to add vanilla sugar to the cocktail; add it to taste.
STEP 4
Blend the fruit to a smooth puree.
STEP 5
Pour cold milk into the blender with the kiwi. Beat the cocktail for 1-2 minutes on pulse mode. If you are making a smoothie with ice cream, add it to the blender along with the milk.
STEP 6
Pour the finished cocktail into glasses and serve it to the table. Bon appetit!

I’ve already made smoothies according to Maria’s recipes, they always turn out great drinks) So I didn’t even doubt it when I found another recipe using kiwi. This fruit does not appear on our table often. Therefore, when I saw kiwi at home, I immediately grabbed a couple of pieces “for recipes”, the children already know that they can’t eat it))) I’m the only one who drinks smoothies, so I prepared one serving. The milk-based smoothie turned out to be tender and not at all sour. My kiwi was ripe, sweet, and the drink also came out very tasty, with an exotic touch. For me it was a snack with a roll of the same kiwi. The recipe is great!
