Chocolate milkshake in blender
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make a chocolate milkshake? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Milk can be used at any fat content. But it must be cold. Therefore, remove it from the refrigerator immediately before use. Milk or dark chocolate is suitable. For ice cream for cocktails, I usually take ice cream, without milk fat substitutes.
STEP 2
Let's start preparing the cocktail. Pour some milk from the total amount into a small ladle and add the chocolate, broken into pieces. Place on the fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. The chocolate will melt when heated.
STEP 3
Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely dissolved. The chocolate mixture is still hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.
STEP 4
In order to immediately prepare the cocktail and not wait for the chocolate to cool, pour in the remaining milk and stir. The whole mass will immediately become cool. Pour the chocolate mixture into a stand blender. You can also use an immersion blender that you have. Keep in mind that the mixture may splash; choose dishes with high walls.
STEP 5
Add ice cream to blender. Close the lid and turn on the blender at maximum power. All ingredients will be mixed until smooth very quickly.
STEP 6
But you continue to beat the cocktail for another 1-2 minutes to form a fluffy foam.
STEP 7
Pour the finished cocktail into tall glasses.
STEP 8
Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint, grated chocolate or small marshmallows. Complete the drink with a cocktail straw. Serve immediately after preparation. This drink is perfect for a sweet snack or light dessert. Enjoy your treat!
