STEP 1
How to make a milkshake with cocoa? Prepare everything you need for this. Milk can be used at any fat content. Take natural cocoa powder that does not have added sugar. It has a richer chocolate flavor. You can use ice cream as ice cream. For sweetness I will use condensed milk. But it can be replaced with sugar.
STEP 2
Pour some milk (100-150 ml) into a ladle and bring to a boil. Add cocoa powder and condensed milk to it. Mix everything so that there is no lump of cocoa left and the condensed milk is completely dissolved in the drink.
STEP 3
Pour the hot chocolate drink into a stand blender and add the remaining cold milk to it. Due to this milk, the temperature of the drink will immediately decrease. But if you want an ice-cold drink, chill your hot cocoa in the refrigerator or freezer.
STEP 4
Then add the ice cream to the blender. Close the lid and turn on the beating speed at maximum. When whipped, the ice cream will mix evenly with the drink. By the way, for a more chocolatey drink, you can also use chocolate ice cream.
STEP 5
A sufficient amount of chocolate foam will appear. The chocolate cocktail will be quite cold.
STEP 6
The finished chocolate cocktail with cocoa is ready! Pour it into suitable glasses and garnish with whipped cream. The ideal options would be tall, narrow glasses. And for ease of drinking, use straws.
STEP 7
